Habitat and Art in Romania Programme

Habitat and Art in Romania Programme consists in the unfolding of a partnership between profesional visual artists, architects, art critics, sociologists, NGO-s wich are specialized in public administration, habitat and environment and local governments.
The Programme is a socio-aesthetic approach, intending to contribute to the rehabilitation of Romanian human settlement and to the development of the solidarity within the comunity.
The main goal of the programme is the rehabilitation of ailing public areas through artistic intervention.
The programme is going to unfold 10 editions (1997-2006).
